UU -- cervical measurements during pregnancy?

For those of you with a UU:

I am 12 weeks 2 days today. This is my fourth pregnancy, but the first

one to have gone this far. All is looking good, however I am

(understandably) still quite nervous. I know that incompetent cervix

is a very real concern for many of us. At what point did you have a

baseline cervical measurement done? How frequently were you monitored

afterward?

Are there any questions (aside of cervical measurement) that I should

be asking my perinatologist? My next appointment is July 8 and I would

greatly appreciate any advice you all can give.
