hi katie

welcome :) i hope you find the information and support you're looking

for in this group - i was sooooo glad when i found it a few months

ago :)

i'm 37 and SU too - i have an almost 4yo son who was born premature

at 33 weeks on 7/2001 (he's always done great luckily) and after him

i had 2 m/c (6/2004 and 1/2005)

i had been misdiagnosed as BU = bicornuate some 10 years ago - after

my 2nd m/c i had a laparoscopy/hysteroscopy (3/9/2005) that confirmed

i was SU and at that same time i had a resection so i'm now septum

free and hoping to start ttc next month

have you talked to your ob about your SU?

is he/she familiar with MAs?

does he/she have any suggestion/s for you?

i don't mean to scare you with my personal story, this was just my

case, i know there are women with SUs who had one or more full term

babies and no m/cs - maybe some are still reading these msgs and will

post their comments/experiences for you - even my pg with my son was

completely normal up until week 33 when he had to be born .....

please feel free to email me directly if you have any questions

i wish you the best and welcome again :)

Thanks for all your information. I haven't talked to my doctor yet

about the SU yet. She is a new doctor for me and I will be going to

her sometime in August. I am going to ask all thost questions when

I get there. I am just really nervous that they are going to

say " we will just wait and see if any problems arise " . Thanks for

all your support and I will e-mail if I have any questions. Thanks

again.
