Hi Val,

I posted my lab report under files -our labs. Can you check them for me. I

definitely have LOW Vit D. I've been taking a good quality cod liver oil for 8

months daily. I thought this was supposed to be one of the best ways to

assimilate Vit D. Can you tell me a good Vit D supplement to start on?

Potassium is also Low 3.0. What is the ideal and what should I do about this?

What role does potassium play in all of this?

B-12 is 886. I'm on 5000mcg daily. I assume I should just keep this up or do

something different?

And if you could please let me know anything else you see from the labs I would

very much appreciate it.
