Guest guest
Moderators, I am trying to understand the difference. I just had my labs in and I had a high FT3 over the range, and Val indicated I had too much T3 and it was stressing my adrenals. What I don't understand is how can I have high FT3 and have low temps? I was slowling increasing my T3 and could never budge past my 98.0F avg. It was like 6 months of slow increases. Then when I got to 100mcg of T3 I was getting hypo. I thought I had reached resistence, the T4 stopped but my receptors were still blocked. But as I slowly increased I felt so much worse. Why didn't I clear along the way and ended up with high FT3? My beginning ratio was an 8 and my HC was 40mg. Did my low potassium kept me from getting clearance? I know a low ferritin can and my ferritin was very good.
