It si four hours AFTER iron to take thyrod but you can take T3 1/2

hour before it and be fine, T3 absorbs rather fast. If in doubt, take

the T3 sublingually which bypasses digestion altogether.

The pharmacy paperwork says wait 4 hours before taking iron/aluminum products.

So I'm not sure how to time my iron and t3? I will take t3 approx

9am,1pm,6pm,bed (5 hours apart- except last dose will be closer) I'll start

2.5mcg at just 9 and 1 to start. I take iron 2x day, I think you said ½ hour

wait is ok during a previous call. But I'm just nervous after seeing the 4 hour

warning. How long should I wait?

Does taking sulingually mean it will race into my sytem easier and I'd be more

likely to have side effects?

And how much b100 should I take in a day?
