You're testosterone could use a boost. Do you take a multi B and B-12 vitamin (shots are better than oral)? Also, are your temps stable and low or unstable and low. If stable, why don't you raise T3 a bit as well.

There are 5 main components I have found that made the difference with me and I am still working on it.

1) T3 only

2) Diet of high protein-cut out most gluten and sugar

3) HC -as a male we need more-I'm up to 45mg per day (also adrenal support supplements)

4) Testosterone (shots every week)

5) B-12/B-complex shots
