How can B-12 affect ferritin?

When I increased B-12, I felt great, had a dump for 10 days and had to lower my

thyroid meds. After the dump, I increased and felt good for a couple of months.

Val told me it was because the b-12 was helping the iron to work better. My

question, I'm hypo and can't figure it out. I was fine on 92mcg and now I'm

taking 112mcg--still hypo. It's not adrenals. Could the b-12 have used up

ferritin and now that is low again?
