Hi Melinda - I'm so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you. Do

you have a definitive dx of BU or SU? I gather if you're planning the

surgery you are SU. In that case, I understand that the surgery is

simple day surgery with a quick recovery. Typically you can start to

ttc within two months of the surgery. Often the surgery can be

scheduled quite quickly (depends where you live). The good news is

that after resection most SU women who have suffered losses go on to

have normal or near-normal pregnancies.

If you are BU and having the more invasive abdominal surgery recovery

will likely be longer, I'm not sure.

Please don't give up hope just yet. Feel free to ask any questions at

all on this group - the women here have much experience and expertise

relating to MAs. Its a great place to find support and great kindness.
