Early miscarriage and facing a resection (scared)

I had an early miscarriage at 13 weeks last week. Right now, I have

a broken heart and heavy empty arms.

I am looking at a resection for my perfectly heart shaped uterus but

I'm scared.

I am scared that even though I will go through this surgery, I might

still have problem pregnancies and I will have lost over a 1/2 a

year of my reproductive life.

My boy was born only by a miricle as I almost lost him at 9 weeks.

I don't know if I should go through this surgery just to have my

heart broken again or if I should just pack it up and get my tubes

sealed off.

Could anyone offer me some advice?

PS, I was also wondering how long it took other Mothers from the

time they contacted their future surgeon for surgery to the time

they were able to concieve after surgery?
