Guest guest
I woke up in the middle of the night with enormous terrible dizziness. I still feel it a little. I checked my blood pressure medicine to see if it causes dizzy ness. Sure enough it does. I called my friend and she asked me my symptoms and told me to put my head between my legs to see if I feel/felt better. I did. So she said she thinks I have low blood pressure and she brought her blood pressure cuff/machine over and sure enough I do. I ranged from 99 for a low top number and 52 for a low number. Both those numbers are very low and below normal. So finally my thyroid medicine has worked and I am instructed to not take blood pressure medicine and rest all day with my feet up and hug the walls if I walk anywhere. I have done that all day and am improving. It was quite a scare! Teri left her machine with me and told me keep checking my blood pressure regularly and often so I will do that as it is changing. And she said when I go to sleep tonight do not sit up or get up suddenly as even sleep lowers the blood pressure. In the night it was light I was spinning one direction and the room another. It was so strange, I never imagined I would get low blood pressure. Maybe now I can get off blood pressure medicines! But I am fatigued today! Could It be that I don't need blood pressure medicine anymore? What about Thyroid?
