Guest guest
, I have been experiencing about ALL of your sypmtoms (including derealization BAD) and about ready to give up myself. But then I saw this post. And I realized that things actually sort of got WORSE after I cleared. I keep trying to tweak t3 and HC. And then it dawned on me after I read this post that I am having symptoms of low estrogn besides being low on labs. I know you don't have low estrogen (at least on day 21) but you MIGHT want to see what you estrogen is on day 3, especially if trying to get pregnant. I know I am 42 and I can tell my estrogen does fluctuate. AND maybe you should try to get the testosterone up as Val said. Testosterone has a lot to do with well being, I know, even for us women! I think maybe getting these sex hormones up once we clear and the SHBG is higher may be crucial and why so many of us don't feel ever quite right even after we get the thyroid right. Please hang in there. I know how you feel. Kathleen > > >>>>>>>>> I am having problems rising T3. I am now taking 75 Cynomel and I would like to rise to see if I could feel better. I have had an awful month. I decided to go of the little bit of antidepressant I was taking (10 mg Anafranil) and I had a horrible month with panic attacks, insomnia, crying spells. > > >>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>> However when I rise T3 I get a very fast heart rate (I wake up with good heart rate, about 80, but during the day it gets above 100). Also I keep loosing weight being already too thin. The fast heart rate happened to me before (when I went up to 62.5 T3) and it eventually improved (I don't know exactly why but the two things I did were to increase HC and to take 400 magnesium). > > >>>>>>>>> I have posted a lot here, but everything (iron, aldosterone, electrolites) seems to be O.K. according to this group. Only HC maybe wrong (although all the test I did before supplementing came out right), but I am supplementing 37.5 and still having problems rising T3. Could/Should I increase HC? what about increasing the magnesium dose? > > >>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>> Thanks, > > >>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>> ------------------------------------ > > >>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>> We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences.
