Cortisol / hormone labs.. Please help!!

Hi all, I just got my zrt results for cortisol/ hormones/ dhea... I'm unsure

what to do now... Please translate and help! I can post more info. as needed,

I just tested ferritin 15, with saturation of 33% magnesium was a serum test,

but it was ok....

I am lost now as to how to treat myself. I have some progest cream... I have not

used it until I get these test results. I also have never used HC. I am

currently taking approx 19 mcg cynomel t3/ day, about 6 or 7 mcg 3x a day, as

not to stress my adrenals. I know this says I have high cortisol, so what does

one do about this???

Cortisol Night (saliva) 1.3H ng/ml 0.4-1.0
