Guest guest
You have cahnged SO many things so fast it is impossible to tell what has caused what. But you cna bet in 2mcg T3 you are VERY loikely to go VERY hypothyroidl Kidney pain is often adrenal pain. YES stopping adrenal supplements wihtout tqapering off can cause that symptoms. But it sounds liek you were on too mach adr4nal supps or the wrong kind anyway as you Did have high BP I assume? http://www.nthadrenalsweb.com http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ > Hello > > Would appreciate some advice from the Moderators and people who have experience in all this. > > I stopped all T3 in mid April and been on T3 only since. I was on loads of supplements including high doses of adaptogens licorice, rhodiola, ginseng and ashwaganda. By mid June wasn't really feeling different. halved my T3 and started on 25 HC split throughout the day as per recommended. Within one week I felt wonderful and decided to cut out most of my supps except for the adaptogens and HC. Exactly 21 one days from that I suddenly developed high BP for one week, blurry vision and high pulse; thereafter I started having stinging in my heart (angina). Went to my local doctor and was put on beta blocker concor ..25mg per day (today lunch time will be my third dose) which has bought my BP down this morning to 124,84,72 according to my machine I bought. I must add that a few days after the first time I had the very bad blurry vision I felt serious pain in the back of both my kidneys. > > Could it that this was RT3 clearnce? Could it be that my kidneys were missing loads of my supplements? Could it be that the high doses of adaptogens together with the HC brought this on? Could it be that my T3 was still too high. For the last few days I have taken only 20mcg T3 at night when I go to sleep (dropped from 80 mcg T3). > > Many thanks. > Nora. > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences.
