What tests to do for baseline female hormone levels.

Hi,

My current doctor suggested using estradial cream whenever I need it, based on

how I feel and that i didn't need " baseline testing " . I'm going to go ahead and

get some tests on my own before supplementing.

Which tests should I get and at what point in my cycle? Should the tests be

blood or saliva?
