Guest guest Posted September 21, 2005 Report Share Posted September 21, 2005 I would get at the MRI before you get too committed to being a UU- I was dx UU by HSG, they only saw one tube as well. My MRI showed a BU, with 2 tubes, both clear- a completely different picture. I was satisfied with that dx, (and had not found this group yet) I may have opted for a lap/hyst had I known more---- they often mis dx Bu when it is really SU. they can remove the spetum in an SU, and typically do not surgically correct a BU I have gone on to have 2 beautiful children, both born at 37 w (one vag, one c-sect for breech presentation) good luck!
