Hi Ginny,

1. external contour of the uterus- at the fundus

2. tissue characteristics of the septum if a septum is

present

3. were there endometrial implants on ovaries, other

organs and if so to what extent were they removed

4. if there was a septum, was dye injected to detemine

if there is communication between 2 uterine cavities

5. are fallopian tubes clear, general status of the

ovaries (in terms of outer appearances, cysts etc)

6. any other morphological abnormaliteis of note

Have you discussed with your doctor PRIOR to this

surgery what will be done surgically, if anything, to

correct the uterus at this time? You should have a

very clear understanding if they are going to perform

a any type of surgical intervention during the surgery

without discussing the options with you first. I

myself would not want any surgical interventions

performed without hearing all the options and pros and

cons first. Do you have any previous history of

miscarriage?

Best wishes,

Heidi
