Guest guest
Thanks Val. So its just showing I am not taking enough T3 yet. My GP wants to see no doubt to tell me to go back onto Y4 !! had to start really slowly ON t3 due to side effects - dont seem to be tolerating it very well....i.e nexk spasms. Now taking 30mcg will increase to 36mcg tomorrow. How quickly should I increase I am never sure ? Thanks again really appreciate your help. x > > It is now showing your true hypo state which happens as you clear RT3. Guest guest
Also Val I notice my waking temp in the morning is low again 36.2 but manages to rise to 36.9 in the day. During the day temp is stable its just the morning temp is lowish and i feel like it takes ages to wake up in the morning. I notice as I raise the T3 my waking temp lowers. What could this be due to ? Thanks > > Thanks Val. > > So its just showing I am not taking enough T3 yet.
