Great! Thanks, Val! I will do that, then. Just make sure my iron is taken with C, and is isolated from the other things.

Have you ever used Floradix iron (liquid)? I am using Bluebonnet primarily, but had gotten some Floradix in and took some last night. WOW. Got a weird feeling from it, but seemed like I was breathing better for some reason. I felt nervous and jittery when I first took it. (It has b vitamins and some herbs in it, too). Took it again this a.m., and didn't feel that way. I may try taking both irons to see if it helps get my ferritin up quicker if you think that's ok.

Perri, you're right. T3 generally does not adversely interact with food, but it will with iron. Taking T3 sublingually avoids interactions.> >> > When doing

I think it is fine to take several kinds of iron together. I have nto

needed iron thanks to my very early hyst and eatign mainly meats.
