Could this be clearance?

Hi Val and Nick,

So for several days my pulse has been high but even though high not

uncomfortable. For instance as I sit here reading the posts my pulse was 109, my

BP was 114/84. My basal temp was 98.2 and my 10:00 was 99. I have been working

in my garden this morning but I had been in about an hour and I had taken a

shower and relaxed before I took my temp.

As I said before I am having a bit of anxiety which is causing me to feel like I

can't swallow or more accurately at night I feel like there is this bolus in the

back of my throat that I can't clear and when I try I feel like I can't swallow.

This is mostly happening at night and since Saturday. It goes away if I just go

to sleep but I am so anxious that I can't sleep very easily (but when I do sleep

it is pretty soundly and for 7 hours) I have decreased to 75 mcg of Cynomel in

the last two days after being at 81.25 since last Wednesday.My temp is higher

than it has ever been and my BP is just weird with systolic so low but the

diastolic so high, I am normally around 117/70.

If this isn't clearance I must be getting close, please tell me I might be

getting close.) It is week 11 and I am ready for this to improve, I don't

think I have ever felt so anxious and frustrated.

P.S. I have been drinking a lot of salt water but I know I could do more.
