" Unfit people who are not hypo tend to have a resting pulse around the

80 to 90 mark "

From Nick's post:

I think it is worth trying a re-post of your other questions (I do not have much

experience with high temps). It is a complex situation you are in.

And a HUGE congratulations on getting off the Valium! Valium is a muscle

relaxant, so the spasms and tight muscles sure could be related to that. I'd

bet money these muscle issues are contributing to your fatigue. It's harder to

know what to do about them now, but I feel that muscles that are accustomed to

being relaxed by Valium should gradually, well, " re-learn " to relax a little

better on their own. Magnesium is also a muscle relaxant and may help with

this. I take Jigsaw SRT tablets (it's the only one that doesn't give me the

runs) and I also use Ancient Minerals topical magnesium oil.

Here's a link to the Jigsaw mag:

Hope this helps.

dosing. I am up to 62.5mcg's now. I wanted to know what is a normal range for

our pulse. Mine is up and down. Is the 80's and 90's ok? Sometimes when I am up

and walking around it goes up over 100. Is that still ok? My temps run high

anyway, so I don't know if I can go by them. Usually run in the upper 98 to 99.4

at times.

I am still very fatigued.

cause fatigue. Also for the last two days I took Amrix, a muscle relaxer. That

made me especially weak, and I have stopped it. I have such awful head spasms

and tight muscles in the shoulder area, and I think all that can add to the

fatigue feeling.

wish I could start feeling a little better. I am proud of myself that I am up to

62.5 now and hope I can continue to increase. I also have a heavy body heart

beat at times. LIke I can feel my heart beating throughout my whole body. Is

this just a side effect of the cytomel?
