Guest guest
Mods, I think I have read other reports that there is a point right before you clear that you feel more hypo. I am on 40mg of HC and have been on it quite some time. I also take iron and have been on that for several months due to my ferritin being low. My initial RT3 was an 8. I have been slowly increasing my T3 I believe since March. I am now at 100mcg. I have hypo symptoms as if I am not even on T3 or don't even have enough thyroid hormones. I am tired, hard time breathing, achey, dry eyes, dry hands and feet, feel like crap. Like I want to throw the towel in because I fear if I increase the more hypo I am going to get. That is what seems to be happening. My pulse seems fine, my heart rate is steady and normal, but sometimes, usually around bedtime it will beat a little harder, but by the time it is ready to get up I feel my heart skipping beats and going slow. My adrenals don't seem to be struggling. I don't have any dizzy spells, etc..., the kind of adrenal stress I used to have. I am mostly hypo. My temps have been going down during this hypo epidodes. I used to have an average at about 98.0 and never seem to get it any higher. There are times like yesterday I felt really great, but then I become so hypo. Today, my morning temp was 97.8, then the rest of the day it stayed at 97.1, which is uncommon for me to have. Even when I took my T3, it stayed at 97.1. I even tried to stress dose a little of HC to see if it increased my temp but it doesn't, in fact I don't even feel a lift. Why I do not think it is low cortisol. I wonder if I ever reach clearance I may be in for a ride. Any thoughts on this? -
