Good for you ya know yesterday was a bad day for me but I cried and told God

please help me start losing some weight and today I had lost another 2.2 pounds

since yesterday. So I felt a bit better about that and I have had so much

support from this group that I have some new ideas I often forget that we don't

have to watch carbs. I just need to go back to the way I used to eat and just

eat whole grains and make healthier choices again - the sugar. I am anxious to

hear how you do by Thurs.
