Guest guest
No, they really aren't. They are VERY high in sodium and not at all what SB is about. They are okay once in a blue moon in a pinch, but they are not good to have all the time. Carol Kraft line Does anyone know if any of those foods in the line are SB ok? Guest guest
> Does anyone know if any of those foods in the line are SB ok? Well, that depends on who you ask. The products typically have added sugars, lots of ingredients most of us cannot pronounce (additives and preservatives galore), and a TON of sodium. In short, they are not SBD friendly. Similar products have for a LONG time been off-limits to SBDers. Ironically enough, one of the SBD products was under another name previously and was off-limits -- with the new wrapper though, it's apparently ok now. Even better -- many of the Atkins products that have long been criticized by the SBD shop are more SBD friendly than the Kraft line that bears the SBD moniker. Go figure. In the end, it's up to you to decide which side of the fence you want to rest upon. Many of us feel that these products are Agatston's finest sell-out -- he's making a mint out of 'em -- and they cheapen the SBD in general. They're unhealth and just not SBD friendly. Some folks use them occasionally while there are others who use them regularly, even daily (which, BTW, even Agatston says they shouldn't be used THAT often). My opinion? Well....
