Off topic: how groups work....

Hello All,

I am really sorry to see people leaving this group over hurt feelings and

comments made. I understand it, but I am sorry.

Being a psychotherapist who has run lots of groups, long and short term ones,

the is an old psych phrase that sort of explains how groups evolve....the

process goes something like...forming, norming, storming, deforming,

reforming...it seems to happen in many groups, so much so that it is much

studied by professionals in my field. I do read most all the messages, although

I get this in digest form so I think I may miss some messages.
