Guest guest Posted November 11, 2005 Report Share Posted November 11, 2005 Yes Pat-I'm on day 10 phase 1 and feeling the same way-last weekend I caved into social pressure and had a half glass of wine-tonight I'm going to a dessert mixer -great. I plan on taking mineral water and Sugar free jello with me. I try to ride the cravings out and have some water or celery.
