You can have another snack between 2:30 and 5:00 if you are hungry. One of the best things about the Beach is that if you are hungry, eat. Guest guest Posted November 10, 2005 Report Share Posted November 10, 2005 Ok. Thanks . I did this with the 6 week Body Make Over. I just have to get in the right mind set. It's a mental thing for me. Once I get my mind set on doing it I become obsessed. I did Atkins about 5 years ago. Was so obsessed that I ate only 15 gms. of carbs a day for 3 months!! Trust me it is possible to eat just 15 grms. I lost 30 pounds in that 3 months. Had my physical for the job I have now. High protein in the urine as you can imagine. Told the doctor I was doing Atkins. His exact words to me were " Get off of it!! " My blood pressure was high too. I had never had a problem with my blood pressure before. Have had a problem ever since. I can go into Ketosis quickly. With 6 week Body Make Over a snack was maybe 2 oz. of chicken (no fats, no salt), 1/2 cup kiwi. No chesse, no yogurt, no nuts, beef and pork was something you could have occassionally. So I should really be able to do SB no problem. But like I said it's a mind set for me. LaGonda Basically, everything runs at roughly 2.5-3 hour intervals, give or take. Since most of us eat a larger meal at dinner than our other meals of the day, it commonly takes a bit longer to get hungry again in the evening - say maybe 3-4 hours...or around 9:30p-10p on this schedule.
