Guest guest
I'm going to have to leave the list for a while. I haven't been able to participate much lately anyway. I need to focus on a major funding application at work. The NIH budget is very tight right now and competition is fierce. Keep at it and you'll get where you're going. Guest guest
That's too bad! Although I didn't get a chance to read too many of your posts, the one you just made for me was most helpful. I can feel okay about measuring and recording numbers in terms of my own exercising now, because if I don't lose enough, I can exercise a little more, or increase the challenge a little. I can be more precise. It I look at it as " science, " it isn't as scary as considering it " routine, " plus I can read while I ride! (stationery bike). Heh. So, thanks for that, Bob. Best to you ., . . sorry you'll be leaving (Care to say what your NIH project is . . . I'm probably not the only one who's curious.) Annie D. > > I'm going to have to leave the list for a while.
