Just the ingredients in these, not to mention the nutrient boost, have added benefits. Plus, they're really easy to make and enjoy with a quick breakfast. Considering what's in it, it's highly unlikely to find most of these on my plate so that little extra, especially with two munchkins that have been getting me sick with every change in weather this season....
