Did you change your habit there? Up until when the snow flew this year, no change. We walked 20 minutes daily. When the weather changed this fall, I've had a hard time getting back to the treadmill for some reason, but there was gain during the exercise. Were your life stresses different? Breakfast is EXACTLY the same as I did in Phase 1, same for morning snack. Lunch is EXACTLY the same as when I started Phase 2, same for afternoon snack. Dinner is slightly different in that I don't eat as many salads as we used to, but they (dinners) are still phase 2 compliant. I may be eating more for snack in the evening, but it doesn't seem to be THAT much more. Like I said earlier, we typically have one meal a week that is not Phase 2, but we did that all along when we were still loosing, so I tend to think that it's not that. Who knows. Evening snack - you probably want to know what it is - typically consists of about 3-4 oz. of 2% cheese and 5-6 whole wheat crackers and a handful of nuts. After dinner I usually have 2-3 cups of tea sweetened with stevia with some skim milk. Hostess Ho-Ho's are Phase 2, aren't they? No.... just kidding! Anyway, I lost 76 pounds at my best point - and did that in about a year, so it's not like I didn't grasp the concept of South Beach. I dumped 17 pounds in the two weeks of Phase 1. So, genetics? I don't know. Something else? You got me. Chuck
