You are right that it's the same as if someone had too much to drink at a Christmas party. Or someone who ate too much at Thanksgiving or at Christmas. Or someone who cheated a lot on vacation. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and vacation time are the notorious times for messing up diets. You're doing the right thing to just start over. That's what Dr. A. says to do in these situations.
