Guest guest
Ok I am not the expert by any means but I have found that cheese helps me in th efats department. I usually have some cheese or nuts for a snack because I need something fairly heavy to make me feel like I have eaten anything. I do not always use lowfat cheese but I do like the low and fat free swiss the best. As for sweets-that is my downfall because I love to bake. And I am good at it,lol. For me a real life saver has been the 75% cocoa Lindt chocolates. I can have a few and still be firmly on stage two. Which is safe for me. I just need to stay out of the cookbooks for cake pie etc. Going to be an interesting holiday season... BTW day two back on the beach down a half a pound. gotta love that. A mozzarella stick, for example, will have 80 calories, 50 of those from fat, and right around 6g of fat. Taking a bar of cheddar-monterey jack out of the fridge, I see that a 1 inch cube is a serving and it has 110 calories, 80 of those from fat, and 9g of fat. I suppose that WOULD help with fat cravings. :-)
