Sweet Potato's have a lower glycemic index than white potato's have, is my

understanding as to why they are allowed in Phase 2 & 3 but white potato's are

not ever allowed.

The article was a copy & paste from the South Beach Diet internet online daily

newsletter (it was not written by me).
