I didn't want to eat all the foods they make there, since they aren't good for me to be eating, but I also didn't want to watch everyone eating tasty food while I felt deprived. I know that feeling deprived can lead to falling off the diet. So, I brought my own foods, but I planned two " cheats " that week- -the Mexican dinner and the soft pretzel snack. That made me feel like I got to eat some " fun food, " so I didn't end up totally falling off or eating too much bad stuff. ann > > Yep.
