I wonder if the desire to nibble at the fringes was just 'habit,' or had anything to do with real hunger, or low blood sugar. I find that unless I'm emotionally wrought up over something, as long as I've gotten enough protein into the system, I don't have much desire to nibble. Right now, since my fall from grace about a week ago, all is discombobulated and I'm doing a restart today. --Annie > > I gained because I became sloppy on eating.
