Guest guest
If it was originally stated that the consumption in question was over a period of time and not at one sitting, then I missed that. However, as I stated in one of my posts, I AM NOT singling out any one person in particular. I am not attacking any one person. My comments were general. Does anyone on this list actually feel that eating an entire gallon of ice cream in one sitting is normal? Maybe this particular individual didn't actually do that, but I'm pretty sure some have. And I did state that my comments were my opinion and that I am not a professional health provider. But, I do not have any particular professional qualifications regarding South Beach -- nor do many others on this list. We all express our opinions and they are just that - unprofessional opinions. If someone had suggested that the root of a weight problem may be a thyroid condition, that would have been fine. Yet I suggest that the root of a weight problem may be mental health, and that's not OK? Sorry. I can't accept that. But I will drop the subject.
