Guest guest
Trust me, it is a big deal. I regained weight after two years on SBD and have 10 pound to take off. I had 12, and I took off 2 pounds. It is a big deal, indeed. I am struggling with it , but am confident it will come off, it is just very slow. Hang in there. I am having more of a difficult time taking this off than I did the initial amt. of weight. Di
Guest guest
Oh, Yay! I have found a soulmate!!! Oh, thank you! I cannot TELL you how much trouble I am having trying to lose these 10 pounds to goal! I was at 155 last February. Joined WW. Got down to 139, then went on a trip to D..C. and had to eat out all the time. Came back to 147! Got back down to 143ish and I am TOTALLY stuck, which is why I decided to come to the Beach. After Thanksgiving, I might be up to 145, though I don't dare look. I just feel fat and my clothes are tight. I don't DARE look right now, though I peeped at the scale a few days ago in the morning after coffee and it said 143.5, but I don't know what it would be at the end of the day after meals, etc. I had some tests done at the doctor's office last week. Suddenly I'm being treated for -- and now I REALLY feel old -- " high blood pressure. " The only people I've ever heard of who have this are old, so that means I HAVE to be old now. Anyway, he says I definitely need to get to 135. I told him what a tough time I was having, and so he will do an evaluation in 4-5 weeks when I go back. In the meantime, I'm now back in Boston (after being in L.A. are for 3+ weeks) and plan to start P1 over again as soon as we can get to the market. Until then, we're just eating what was here. Guess that'll be later today or tomorrow morning. Well, Di, keep me posted on how things are going for you and I'll plug you in on what I learn and my progress. I DID get my Thyroid levels tested about a year ago and I learned they were " low normal, " and not of much concern, but that was with a different 'garden variety family doctor, " and not this " supersophisticated designer doctor whiz kid " I'm seeing now, so maybe he will suggest something new. -- Annie D> > > Trust me, it is a big deal.
