Man, that's one that would have me on the fence.

A 1/3 cup serving has 46g of carbs, 5g of which is fiber and 2g of which is

sugar. The sugar likely comes from the whey they add. Each serving also

packs 530mg of sodium and 5g fat, 3g of which are saturated.

The added sugar here is what would potentially put this one off the options

list. Either way, I'd prefer to make my own rather than use this boxed

stuff, organic or not.
