While full blown mayo is allowed, I believe Miracle Whip is limited to a diet variety. Someone who eats it would be better able to answer this one for you. As far as salad dressing goes, I suppose it's ok -- it has less than 14g of fat and less than 3g of sugar per serving, so.... HEY CHUCK! Don't you eat that salad dressing on your sandwiches?
