Guest guest
Ok I've made it through the first day. So far so good. I didn't have as much water as I wanted (100 oz.) but I did have a little over half of it. Will do better tomorrow. I had to stay over for Parent/Teacher Conferences and the pistachios were a life saver. Well, a diet saver LOL. Will try to start getting in some excersise also. Started out by parking in the farthest end of the parking lot. ,to answer a couple of your questions. The meals today did fill me up. I eat every 3 hours which seems to work for me. Guest guest
Hey I like that better. Rewards faster. LOL Thanks. Sometimes those pounds don't melt away as fast as we'd like and it can be discouraging. I did a reward for staying on the Beach for the phase I (a manicure) and having just completed a month on phase II, I got a new haircut AND a new pair of jeans (size 10, they were loose. Quite a ways from my 24s!). I plan to buy something new for my birthday in December assuming I'm still on a downward trend. It's okay to reward for poundage but put some time rewards in there too - i.e. if you make it through the halloween party without indulging on Babe Ruth's, get yourself the manicure then too!
