Hi- I'm new to the list and the SBD. I started it today and so far so

good. I have one question though... when it says on the food

guideline thing that you should have 1 TBSP of oil or mayo with your

lunch or dinner, what does that mean?? What types of things can I

choose from?

Olive oil, canola oil, tran-fat free margarine, or mayonnaise. You can

also have 1-2 Tbsp salad dressing in addition to those.
