Strawberry smoothies

what's in the smoothie? I've always made smooothies with varying

amounts of:

No sugar added yogurt -- plain or fruit-flavored

strawberries

banana

ice

(most important part!) sugar-free cherry kool-aid mix to taste

VERY good! You could probably leave out the banana or use a half to make it

more SBD compliant

Ohhh...thanks for the suggestion. I think all the smoothie had in it was Frozen

Strawberries, Plain Yogurt, and Vanilla. We added some splenda because it was

so bitter, but it didn't help that much.

You can also add some of the Torani sugar free syrups. They have a wide

variety of flavors and are awesome!
