Guest guest
>>Last night Mike made the Yogurt Strawberry smoothie in the 30 minute book. Neither of us were pleased with that. We think it can be improved upon, but it was very, very bitter. << what's in the smoothie? I've always made smooothies with varying amounts of: No sugar added yogurt -- plain or fruit-flavored strawberries banana ice (most important part!) sugar-free cherry kool-aid mix to taste VERY good! You could probably leave out the banana or use a half to make it more SBD compliant Laurie in Seattle " I read recipes like I read science fiction. Guest guest
Ohhh...thanks for the suggestion. I think all the smoothie had in it was Frozen Strawberries, Plain Yogurt, and Vanilla. We added some splenda because it was so bitter, but it didn't help that much. Thanks for the suggestion! Guest guest
, You can also add some of the Torani sugar free syrups. They have a wide variety of flavors and are awesome!
