Very healthy thinking, . And the wonderful thing about this WOE (NOT

diet!) is that I'm not wandering around thinking, " okay, when I'm done

eating this way I can eat cheesecake, and Snickers bars, and... " I don't ever

plan to be done. And I don't crave junk food the way I have all my life. Plus

if I'm absolutely dying for something, I'll have a little taste and go on

with life.

Another thing about Phase 1 weight loss. If you're coming off another diet,

you no longer have the big water loss other people will have. I read

somewhere that carbohydrates bind to water, and when you stop eating carbs

you'll

lose more water. If you've already had an initial water weight loss from

another diet, you'll get less of that.
