Just tailor it to SBD by using lowfat cream cheese: 3 ounces of cream cheese 1 egg beaten 1/4 tsp vanilla 1 tsp of lemon juice splenda to taste Melt the cream cheese slowly in a saucepan over low/med heat Add the vanilla, splenda and lemon juice and stir til smooth. Add your beaten egg and continue to stir and cook til it begins to set. I have this recipe using the low fat cottage cheese & it has splenda in it & I cannot imagine it could taste like a danish when using ricotta instead of the cottage cheese & yet use no splenda in it.
