I think I did pretty well on my official first day back on the Beach!

I felt pretty good about myself and I wasnt hungry at all until about

midnight. My stomach was really growling! I got up and my first

thought was " gimmie carbs! " But I had a handfull of nuts instead. I

probably wouldn't have been so hungry but I skipped my snack. I wasn't

hungry for it at the time tho'...

Here is my menue from yesterday:

BREAKFAST 9:00am

----------

Big glass of water

1 serving of quiche cups (South Beach recipe)

2 pc. Turkey bacon

1 4 oz cup. V8

1 cup. green tea w/1 pkt. Splenda

(wasn't hungry all morning!)

LUNCH 12:15pm

----------

Chicken salad

----------------

3 oz canned chicken breast

11/2 tsp mayo

1 tsp relish ( I know this is a no,no but, I put it in without

thinking first)

pepper

dash of celery salt (I was out of celery)

lettuce

Diet brisk Iced tea

Snack 3:30pm

----------

30 pistachios

diet brisk iced tea

Dinner 6:30pm

----------

4oz baked chicken breast

1 1/2 cup Green beans w/ tomatoes and garlic

1 tsp olive oil

salad

1 1/2 tsp mayo w/ dash of garlic salt

Big glass of water

Snack 12:20 am

20 pistachios
