Just to add to your scoop- our attorney, Beth Callahan, is also the

attorney for EPIC. I shared with her last spring that I thought Dan

came off as unprofessional and somewhat of a dork too, when we visitied EPIC

at one of their " group tours. " I asked if any children there werer using the

diet and/or secretin, and with ZERO knowledge of eiother, he launched into

some totally ridiculous description of secretin that was completely

biologically inaccurate, and basically denounced it. He had no business

shooting his mouth off in front of a group of parents and CST members about a

subject he had NO information on. Beth was disgusted upon hearing of this

incident and indicated to me that EPIC was " looking to dump him. "

Hmmmmmm...Food for thought..

As for that Motclair bakery, Eva Delmonte visited them recently, and

seemed very pleased with their interest in our kids's crazy diet. The

million-dollar question is: can they make baked goods that are both GF and

CF?? Let us know what you find out. If you speak to anyone over there, tell

them we need BAGELS!!!
