I would also like to now, honestly, if anyone has actually made this with

the Splenda and eaten it and what did you think of it and how was the

texture? I have tried and tried to make cheese cakes with spenda to no avale

The texture was always weird and it never tasted real good. I have had the

low card, sf cheese cake from Ruby Tuesdays and I love taht but I have no

idea how they make it!! :)

Ugh -- Stevita. MAN is that stuff nasty.

I have several brands in my cupboard right now. My personal favorite is

Sweet Leaf Stevia Plus. Even has fiber in it. Problem is that I like this

one better than just plain stevia and it costs a lot more. :) I have some

of the NOW in the cabinet but the first time I went to use the liquid, I

found it had small bits of stuff in it. I'm guessing it's leaf or something

similar but I don't like that -- you'd think they cold run it through a

filter. I haven't tried the powder form of NOW yet. NuNaturals brand is ok

but I like the Sweet Leaf better. Can't recall offhand what other brands

I've tried.
