Guest guest
Carol, Sincere condolences on the loss of your husband. You both have been members of this list since it was started. We have appreciated the wonderful and caring messages that have been sent over the past 5 years. He is at peace but you are left to mourn. I hope you can find comfort in these difficult days. Guest guest
Hi All, I haven't posted here in a while but thought I would share my good news. I started the diet on August 22nd. As of October 31st I have lost 18 lbs! I'm so excited!!! I already passed my first mini-goal of 275. My last week I lost 4.5 lbs. I can't believe how quickly it has fallen off. It's just amazing to me. I survived Halloween with 3 pieces of candy corn and a package of Stover Tidbits (fake M&M's). We passed out bags of chips to the trick or treaters and I have no desire to eat the leftovers at all. Someone will eat them but it won't be me! :-) Hope you all survived the scariest holiday as well...and if not, well, tomorrow is a new beginning! Thanks for letting me share!
