Guest guest
That sounds familiar to me!! Points are difficult.. Especially when you have only 20 a day. So, maybe once I get the hang of this, I won't feel so " deprived " in terms of food volume. I must say, these recipes certainly are delicious, and enticing, and it's nice you can eat wat you want and still lose. . . . .I THI-INK. We'll see. The reason I sweat the little details -- like eating a lemon, or extra nuts, or a misplaced pudding -- is that I WANT to do it right and I WANT to get to goal, and am afraid that if I throw off the formula or the system in P1, I won't lose as much as I'm supposed to. This is supposed to be the phase of this diet (or eating plan) when you lose the MOST... so, I don't want to curb my potential. If there's to be a big loss, then I want that. And so therefore, if I screw up, I'm afraid it'll adversely affect the loss. I know what you mean about " saving points " in order to eat what you want. It would be nice not to have to worry about that. It will be miraculous if this really works for me and if I really DO lose as I'm supposed to. I've been thinking it's impossible to get to go. > > I guess I am coming from a totally different side of the " point " system than you are maybe and I guess that is why I love the beach. Not counting, no weighing and eat until I am satisfied. > > I tried WW and I starved myself all day just so I would have enough points for a pizza dinner and I hardly lost anything...LOL > > MB
