The closer to goal the slower the loss

Right . . . that's how it was on WW, too. And one reason I switched to SBD was

because

things were SO slow, and I thought if I just tried something radically

different, it might

shake things up a bit and get me down closer to where I want to be. I don't

know why

those last pounds are SO difficult.
