Celeste,

Sounds like you were not as bad as you think you were. I remember someone

posting recently that the SBD now considers the occasional thin crust pizza

acceptable on phase 2. Obviously it is something that should be consumed in

moderation.

So... overall, sounds like your Halloween was quite successful!

You mean hold it down to four or five in one sitting? LOL.

Some people don't do the " moderation " thing too well ;-)

My wife did make me eat a 3 Musketeers " mini. " Those little bite-sized

candy bars that she got for Trick or Treaters. The rest of the bag sits

on the kitchen counter where it will likely sit for a week or so till I

end up throwing it out.

Donuts are really bad they are very difficult to digest. their is info on that I

think in the book why Christians get sick (makes it easier to stay away from

some bad foods when you read it.)

I was at a work party several weeks ago and ate a donut. About an hour

has a whole new meaning now.

That would explain why, back in the old days when I

would eat a donut, I would be " burping it " for the

rest of the day. ICK!! Makes you wonder, when, six

or eight hours after eating one, your burps still

taste like it. What's it still DOING in there?!

Speaking of this - I ate Halloween candy a couple of

days ago, and yesterday I was paying the price all

morning. OH the cramps and constant toilet-sitting!

And I thought sugar alcohols were bad! Turns out real

sugar does the same thing to me now.

You're right about sweet having a whole new meaning.

Yesterday morning I had a banana (to help stop the Big

D, lol) and it felt downright DECADENT, it was SO

SWEET! It was like candy! I felt like I was

cheating, LOL.
